I Get Nothing BUT Supports! Any Help Please?

2021-7-25 568

Newbie here, so forgive my ignorance. I'd very much like to know why my model (a cylinder shape) don't actually print. The only thing that prints are the supports but the actual model never seem to print. I have a Phrozen Shuffle XL Lite. Please see attachment picture and the screenshot of the settings for Chitubox.

Does anyone have any input about what I could be doing wrong please?

Thank you!

Is there a patch of cured resin on the bottom of the resin vat? The print could have pulled away from the supports and obscured the subsequent layers.

What orientation did you have the cylinder? It's recommended to be 30° from the print bed to minimise the transition from small support to large print. Just printing a large flat shape requires lots of densely spaced supports that are really impractical to remove.

Hi! That is exactly what has happened. I'm really a newbie at this and I'm not sure how to check the orientation but Ill find out. Ill look further into this and consider what you have mentioned.
