Latest version of chitubox 1.9.0 does not startup on macOS -  when installed on a case sensitive file system.

The plugIns directory appears to be the cause.     It's called "plugins" but should be "plugIns"

Fix:  install as normal.

Right click on chitubox, select "Show Package Contents"

Open contents

Right click on plugins, select rename. Rename to "plugIns" (capital 'I') 

Should work.
