I just purchased the 4k Mini and I was having the same issue. I am not 100% sure, but I think I figured it out. At least I think I got the firmware on the printer to upgrade and it recognized the file... it is making noises again like the chess piece so I'm assuming it's working! Are you still having trouble?!
