Hello,

today the Mars 3 comes to me with the ChituBox Pro License.

I have a Account already und the Serial und Printer ID says YES, all right and green Flag.

But, every restart of ChituBox it says > Activate your License and i give the Printer ID again and again.

What can i do?

...and sorry for my bad english :(

same issue here, every time I start it, it wants me to active my license. I have to put in my Printer ID again every start. This is a bit annyoing. Any help?

same here, unless some serious improvements done there is no way i would buy this after my free year expires, been using it for about 8hrs and already had numerous bugs

I have the same problem. This is awful software! Even when it IS launched, any time I click anywhere, it locks up my entire system for 6-10 minutes. Unusable!
