This is the message I sent support.
I was introduced to Chitubox as a tool included with my Phenom 3-D Printer. I  downloaded the trial "Pro" version expecting to be introduced to the next generation professional tool (the trial ended before I ever got it functioning). Despite my disappointment with the trial version, I went ahead and spent $169.00 for 365 days on the full "Pro" version. Now I an blocked from using Chitubox "Pro" over a license issue. I'm unable to remove the trial license that never worked and the software in some cases indicates it is bound and others it is not.
This is day number 2 that I've struggled trying to install your software.  As of today, you owe me $0.93 and counting.

Just thought I'd share this issue with the community.
