sarted to have same issue on chituboxpro, it was working on my win 10 pc now i cant open it no t even on a fresh new win 11 laptop but i can open the basic chitubox .....

Win 10 and 11 do not include the 2013 C++ runtime files, it should have been included in the Chitubox installation package--however it seems it was not...
