I installed this program after receiving my Elegoo Mars 2 printer (the slicer was ver. 1.8). After setting everything up I loaded a simple stl file & as soon as I clicked on supports it crashes. This happened 2 more times so I loaded a different file, didn’t do supports, sliced the file, saved it & closed the program. Started it again about 30 minutes later & it crashed at startup. Uninstalled/reinstalled & still it crashed. Uninstalled it, downloaded the latest version & it crashes at startup. ! They need to change the name of this garbage app to “Shitubox” because this is a big steaming pile of shit!
