Screen stuttering.

Good Afternoon.


Any time I open Chitubox and the try to orientate an object the screen blurs. 

I have a dell inspiron 7559 running windows ten. Ive ownloaded and installed chitubo multiple times in the hope of eliminating the problem but it didnt work.  


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
