its definitely something to do with the quantity of the supports, above a certain density the program crashes out to the desktop. Have tried reducing the density and making them heavier, but this is going to make the print fail.

Need to beef up the ability of the program to cope with more supports for bigger models.

have tried other larger models too, the software simply cant cope with the size of the model along with the supports and raft.
