So I have made a model in blender and it shows up fine there and in windows 3d explorer but in chitubox its missing a section which of course doesnt print as well. Any ideas?
Maybe this is a model issue? You could open the "Face Orientation" option in Blender, then you can see your model face orientation overlap to check if there is a problem.
