i can no longer open newly downloaded chitubox on mac. its giving me a error saying developer not verified.

im running mac os catalina 10.15

Do the following after you try to open the app:
Go to System Preferences - Security & Privacy - General tab and you be able to pick to open the app, once you do that it will open fine and work as normal.
