Help! i dont even know the proper way to explain. 

Everything seemed to work fine setting up my structures. Then i seemed to get stuck on the center of the grid. 

I cant seem to rotate around the uploaded image. Furthermore, i have uninstalled and reinstalled but still stuvk in the middle of the grid.
