Hallo everybody

I am absolutely new to 3d printing and was trying Chi Tu Box today (1.6.3 and 1.6.2). I try to put the supports by myself but often it doesn't put the supports where I want them to be, but anywhere on the model....any solution to the problem? I already reinstalled and tryed the older version...
