Can't start Chitubox

Hello guys,

I just bought the Elegoo mars printer and downloaded Chitubox. I downloaded Chitubox 1.6.3 first and installed it.

During the first start of the app, there is a windows with the EULA ( I think ) but I can't validate it. After 2 secondes, it goes out and the software closes too.

I tried to restart it but I can't do anything, Chitubox closes right avec 2 seconds.

Here are the other solutions I tried : (Nok means it doesn't solve the issue )

- Compatibility mode with Windows 8 and Vista service pack 2 : Nok

- Administrator mod starting : Nok

- Reboot my computer : Nok

- Windows troubleshooting : Nok -> No issues found so no solution available

- Uninstall and reinstall the software with admin rights : Nok

- Uninstall, reboot, reinstall and reboot again : Nok

- Uninstall and reinstall the version 1.6.4.3 BETA : Nok -> Same issue

- Changing settings to use it with my graphic card GeForce RTX 2080 Ti : Nok

I'm now running out of solutions for this ...

    Quick update. I tried with another computer that has no graphic card ( it use CPU graphic socket ) and the software work. 

    Any info about Nvidia driver incompatibility ?

    We have been running very well with Nvidia, it is compatible. Do you have two graphics cards, if so, you can try to close one, and then restart chitubox.

    Thanks for your answer. I only have one graphic card on my computer : the nvidia GeForce 2080 Ti. There is no graphic chipset on my processor
    I'm pretty sure this is compatible with Nvidia but maybe not with the latests drivers of that graphic card ?
