Same issue, I received a Creality LD-003 with Chitubox 1.6.2. The software won't start, I just see the logo for few sec and it disappears (the process closes).
I tried to update to 1.6.3, but still got the same issue.
Both soft in 64bits...
I then downloaded the 1.6.3 in 32bits, and it now works

same Problem: nether 32 nor 64-bit Versions could be started

The ucrtbase.dll was updated yesterday witch Windows-Upgrade, old Version was: 10.0.17134.677. Same Problem: witch all 1.6.x Versions and both architectures...

PS: i want to buy Elegoo Mars Printer. Any peoples writed, that they have any issues whitch Software.

This printer comes whitch chitubox software as slicer. I checked now, how good is the software, but i can not run this. A have not found any drivers for the printer.

I checked now, the software for Anycubic (Photone): seems to be one rebrand from chitubox. I am not be able to start the photone-software too. Error is same.
