Just resolved this problem using the tip that another user posted.  It looks like ChiTuBox is defaulting to using the integrated graphics card instead of the nVidia.  When we found the exe and right clicked it, it gave us the option to run it with the nVidia processor.  Everything works now.

I have same problem. no model is shown. I have tried to load various stls. Nothing, no model, build plate grid, or even a shadow. but it shows in the queue

I was having this issue and tried updating my driver but while trying to get a better version (that my computer cannot run) I realized I downloaded the wrong Windows bit version. My computer runs 32 bits while I had the 64 bit version, changed it tot the 32 bit version and now the models appear. I hope this helps someone. 

I have the same problem.  It worked briefly when I first installed 1.34 and now does not work.  Loaded 1.5 and still the same problem.  I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  I run a multi monitor system with my main monitor running off of a Displaylink USB connected monitor interface.

I updated the Intel 520 driver and it is now working again.

So much for updating the driver.  Today it is not working again and my driver is up to date.   Again Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

I solved the Intel onboard graphics issue by running instead the 32bit version of ChiTuBox (running Windows 7). I use an HP elitedesk and do not have the option for standalone graphics. It works very well without issues. So, download and install the 32bit version. If it complains about a missing .dll, you may have to install the MS Visual C++ 2015 update from here:

sorry no it hasn't.   I just installed Chitubox 1.6.1 and can't get anything on screen.
Version 1.5 worked okay. Version 1.6.1 is NOT WORKING !!!

I have the same problem. The first time I used it, it was perfect, the next times, it was only the shadow. I tried reinstalling and it did not work. I installed version 1.5, and it worked once, and no more. Even worse, I could not edit the supports. These are my logs (version 1.5), I would greatly appreciate any help

Had the same problem fixed it by opening nvidia control panel and setting the default graphics processor for chitubox to nvidia (it had defaulted to the integrated graphics which i guess is what was causing the problem

The same with 1.6.3 and i7-6700. Installed latest drivers yesterday, everything worked OK. But today the same issue with only shadows. Please fix this!

Hi Alex,

I had a similar issue where Chitubox worked the first time I opened it after installing, then rendered shadows every time after that. (Not running NVIDIA graphics that appears to be a separate issue)

I created a support ticket and they gave me a beta version 1.6.3.1 which resolved the shadow issue. 

Hopefully this will be fixed in the next version they release.

something here  I can not see the figures or models in CHITUBOX 1.6.1 all that I see are the shadows of the models. I installed the 64bit version.. Thanks 

Jesse Mix Fixed my own issue, did a right click and to select run with nividia graphics, vs the onboard video
