This is a graphics card compatibility issue, and the current beta version has fixed this bug. If the V1.1.0 version is not working properly, please leave your email address, I can send the test version to you.

I'm having the same issue. I have V1.1.0.

no model is shown. I have tried to load various stls. Nothing, no model, build plate grid, or even a shadow. but it shows in the queue

I found the issue that made problems.
My file contained an unalowed character in the filename - there was a "comma" = ","

Now it works!

Fixed my own issue, did a right click and to select run with nividia graphics, vs the onboard video

Have the same issue using V1.2.0. The fix from Jesse Mix (right click on the application and "run with Nvidia graphics") made it run ok for me

Hello I am having a similar issue. I am using an AMD graphics card however (AMD Radeon R9 M275X).

Same here. After updating Nvidia graphics and Intel graphics to be safe, it works. Please restart your system after the update and reopen ChitTuBox. I had to manually add ChiTuBox to Nvidia by the way.

I am running 1.4,Windows 7 and Intel integrated Graphics card - was working perfectly then crashed and now I get this only shadow issue - how can I fix this?

Got the same problem with some of the guys here (no shadow) , several unistalls etc. restarts. updated amd radeon hd 6700 but nothing at all.
And all of this happened after update to v.1.4 . I had the previous version and checked if the it still worked but same problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I just adquired an Elegoo Mars and I have the same issue, the model is loaded but only appears the shadow, not the STL. I work with Windows 10 x64, my graphic is an NVIDIA 960m. Version of ChituBox 1.4.

I just downloaded this and am now getting this issue after closing for the first time. Worked fine otherwise. Reinstall does nothing.

Arrrg... Same problem on Windows 10 64 bit.  This is an HP I3 with Intel graphics.  I updated to 1.4.0 and checked my graphics driver was the latest. Just loading the Example/Cylinder.stl show sthe problem.  Here's my log but I didn't see any hints on how to fix this:

Note that I can get some strage graphics artifacts if I rotate the model.
