Layering problem

Hello,

I'm having a constant issue with Chitubox but that is really visible on one of my model.
It creates layers/steps when slicing which are not visible on my model (see both below) and are far superior to the slicing parameter.
Indeed, even if I change from 0.05 to 0.02 I have the exact same layer and they are thicker anyway. And yes, I have the AA ticked ;)

There, in this case, parrallel to the bed but if I rotate the model, the will turn with him, even when printed.

It's really annoying and what is strange is that it's not visibile on other models.

The model (stl, designed by me in Fusion)

The sliced image where we can see the "steps". If I tilt slightly the model on his back like 2/3 degrees to avoid internal supports, It becomes also very visible on the front that is planar.

Any idea where that comes from?

It frustrating because I know the printer itself can do much smoother surface
