Ok I have windows 10  I'm installing chatubox 64 get the last bit were it ask if you would like to restart somthing can't remember what it was but after that the destop just like seems to not sure how explaine , blinks rapidly can you know do alt ctrl delete and itl go to that screen and I can opin task manager and itl open and I can do stuff in there but if exit that that's it i can move the mouse but cant open anything I evin replaced my hard drive once then reinstalled chitubox to find out it was the culprit ...... now what
