It is only on the x and y, because there is no way to anti-alias the Z. If you want more Z resolution you set the "Layer Height" to a lower number. But! If you look at close up photos of tests with anti-aliasing on DLP printers, it can help to make the spaces between the layers more angled and less blocky, so it can have some effect to make the Z a bit smoother too.
