First off, great software. The only issue I have is that the text sizes are very tiny. My screen resolution is 3840 x 2160. Is there an option to make the settings larger?
Hi, I have the same issue.. program works really well and it's amazing..!! the only trouble is that everything is tiny.. I have to strain to see the text on the buttons etc.. I'm on a Lenovo P71, Windows 10 pro - 64bit, screen res set to native at 3840 x 2160 ..
Any help with this would be super amazing!.. Many thanks -
+1 Great Great software, but Pleeease make text bigger for 4k monitors, i am getting almost blind, with the small text menus, there are more 4k mons. everyday. Anxiously waiting if it's fixed in the next update.
Great news to hear that there is a setting for this now!
Any tips on where to change to bigger text? My laptop runs at 2560x1440 so I use a magnifying glass to see the menu items, but can't find the setting anywhere.
It doesn't seem fixed. I've installed fresh on my new 4k laptop and they're not exaggerating, it would take a magnifying glass to read the text comfortably. The program is pretty much unusable in this state.
Hello Chitubox. This issue has been unresolved now for 8 months. You continue to say that it will be addressed in the new version and that we should "please wait." Please give us a release date for this update. If you cannot do that, then it becomes clear this issue is actually not on your current project pipeline and you are not working on it. After such a long period of time, it is not reasonable to keep saying "we will fix it in the new version." Professional software such as the Abode Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office do not have this issue. But it is common on software produced by non-professionals. By that I mean people who hack rather than educated coders. Right now your software is unusable on modern computers and monitors. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but you've been aware of this issue now for eight months. You have had ample time to resolve this issue or at least to put together a published time frame for when you will resolve the issue. This is a critical issue which means people cannot use your software. Redirect your resources away from "improvements" and fix the things that are broken. There is no need to introduce a new feature or improve an old feature until people actually use the features you already provide. As you move toward a "Pro" version, your lack of response on this issue does not give confidence that paying money for your software will provide any benefit. And to be even more frank, this is a major bug that should not wait for "the new version."

Hello Chitubox. This issue has been unresolved now for 8 months. You continue to say that it will be ...
Hello, we are sorry about this, and thank you for your criticism of us, so that we can work harder to improve our products. We've been updating and iterating the free version, which is a free software for the community that will be updated. Regarding the font display problem of the 4K screen, because the workload involved is relatively large, we are still in the process of internal testing. If our test is completed, it will be updated as soon as possible.
You can get Chitubox to render at a larger size by doing the following:
1. Right click on the shortcut, or .exe for Chitubox and select "Properties" 2. Go to the "Compatibility" tab. 3. In the "Settings" section, click the "Change high DPI settings" button. 4. In the window that pops up, at the bottom in the "High DPI scaling override" section, check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior." option. 5. In the dropdown box below that, change the selection to "System" 6. Enjoy using Chitubox and being able to read and see all the options.
