Could it be possible to save indivual models from the build plate as STL files. when you in the menu slect "save as STL" it saves all the models as a singel STL file. 

It would be nice to work on a project add supports to mutiple models and after successful test ptints to go back to the projct and chose to save indivual models with supports as and STL so yhey can be mixed and matched later.
