ChiTuBox not outputting bottom or middle of light supports, only top contact sphere

I'm trying to add light supports into my model using version 1.4.0 and after slicing, the bottom, middle and top cone do not get generated only the connection sphere. This shows up in the sliced preview window after slicing is complete as well as Photonser's file validator.

I've set my light supports to:

Top

Contact Shape: Sphere

Contact Diameter:0.30

Contact Depth: 0.20

Connection Shape:Cone

upper diameter:0.15

Lower Diameter:0.40

Connection Length:1.50

Middle

Shape: Cylinder

Diameter: 0.50

Angle: 30.0

Bottom

Model Contact Shape: Sphere

Contact Diameter:0.30

Contact Depth:0.40

Contact Point:3

I had the same error so I downgraded to 1.3.0

I found that I can use 1.4 to add supports (1.4 has a much better placement algorithm). Then I save the project and open it in 1.3 and slice it. All the supports get generated.

I don't know what SLC format is or how to set it. My printer is configured as an Anycubic Photon. All other settings are default.
