Help!

Guest 2021-3-16 1011

Hello all, newbie here in resign printing and looking for some real help. Just got a Anycubic Photon Mono a few days ago and besides the test cube I have not had a successful print yet. After the base prints and the first supports then the main layers of the object start to print and then just falls into the vat. I have idea what to do or where to start, this happens with not matter what file I try to print.

I would apricate any help possible!

Wasn’t sure if I should attach a file on what I am trying to print?

Thanks all!!

Can you post a screenshot of your "Print" settings? My first thought is that the lift speeds are too high, but it could also be an exposure time issue. What resin are you using?

Hi Cliff, I'm using VOXELAB 3D Printer Resin with just the default settings

I do not have that printer, however those lift speeds strike me as startlingly fast. Try dropping them to 85 mm/m for the bottom layers and 65 mm/m for normal layers. The defaults in Chitubox for the Elegoo Mars Pro 2 are also too fast, but not as fast as those.

The normal layer exposure time (2 s) also strikes me as overly aggressive--try 2.5 to 3.0 s...
