same thing happening here, what Ive had to resort to is saving the job as an stl and then importing that into original photon software for slicing and export. These print ok
I find the files slice correctly and are showing what seems to be a correct file size, however when I plug the thumb dive in and go to the print menu a corrupted screen is displayed, sort of like TV snow and no response to any menu buttons, so I have to switch off and on again. If I go back into the print again same thing happens. If I remove the .photons file created with Chitubox it performs as normal.
I'm using v1.4.0 on Mac with photon-s selected as the slicer.
I did a bit more investigating this today wondering if its printer, i.e. firmware, or the output to the slicer. Using http://photon.chrisgraf.de which can read and view photons files I checked the outputs of both Chitubox and of the anycubix slicers.
Chitubox failed to load and anycubics works a-ok so would appear there is a bug in the slicing output from Chitubox.
I'm having the same problem. I start the machine with the USB stick already in the printer and it appears to boot fine. When I go into the print menu, I see the files I've made via ChiTuBox, but they are not right. A few of them look fine, others have a very distorted appearance to the model, and the bulk of them are just a snowy white mess. If I try to select any of them, one of a few things happens (even with the ones that look fine): 1) the machine will freeze completely and I have to reboot 2) the print will start and the first layer or 2 will be fine, but the rest of the layers fail to display on the curing LCD so nothing else prints. 3) the LCD will not display any images so nothing prints at all.
I am using the photon s selection in ChiTuBox and all of my selections seem to be close to default. I've stopped trying to print these files, and now I just leave the vat out and look down at the screen to see if the layer are displaying or not. When I try to use the OEM Anycubic software everything works fine. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I used http://photon.chrisgraf.de with a few .photons files sliced by ChiTuBox. Some of them work perfectly fine and others will not load. To note, none of them will seem to print in my Photon S.
I have to assume the problem is with ChiTuBox, but i do fear I've made a bad choice by getting the Photon S. I wish I had just gotten the original model.
It may help to note I am on Windows 10. ChiTuBox 64 Version 1.4. I wonder if the OS X or Linux versions are working better. That might be an interesting test.
