Just a minor error in the tooltip description for the Inner Diameter Size Compenation.

It currently says:

"When the value is positive, the physical size increases in the outer diameter increases. When the value is negative, the physical size decreases and the outer diameter decreases."

The description should be:

"When the value is positive, the physical size increases in the outer diameter decreases. When the value is negative, the physical size decreases and the outer diameter increases."
