I did it reversely. Turn on the printer, and then insert the USB. Open the file like you print a model. Click on the file name "update.TWP". It worked flawlessly.
You should check the file name: Make sure that the file name does not contain any special characters or spaces. Chitubox can sometimes have issues with certain characters in file names.
