How does one zoom in and out? 

PLEASE FIXS THIS FORUM, TRIED POSTING A NEW POST FOR A MONTH AND I GET ERROR CODES ALL OVER THE PLACE, I CAN ONLY REPLY TO OTHER MEMBERS, WE HERE IN THE USA DONT LIKE TO BE FORCED TO TAKE COOKIES FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY,
I WAS THOUGHT NOT TO TAKE CANDY AND I SURE IN THE HELL NOT GOING TO TAKE COOKIES

will post it here because can´t open a thread: The ver1.5 shifts the position of the objects in the bed, randomly , mainly during the first seconds of the slicing process. I relocate the objects and slice again and usually goes well the second time.. Maybe when the bed is crowded or there are part of objects out the printing area? terrible problem because I carefully chose where to put everything precisely because there was not enough space! .) Thanks!

I' created (and saved) successfully with ChituBox v1.5 file for slicing. After closing a program unable to open *.cbddlp file. Message is " The file is too large, so only part of the 3D model and all layared images can be displayed!", and program exiting. (Win10, 8GB RAM, Nvidia K2000M graphich card)....

it’s not very convenient that all digits are written only with a comma (5,12) . There is only a dot on the numeric keypad but it is not perceived by the program. need (5.12)

This printer seems to work with the ChiTuBox software.
Can you please confirm that this ELEGOO Mars printer only works with ChiTuBox software?

The function of the ChiTuBox Software? Is ChiTuBox only used to slicing objects already created in 3D on another software.
That is to say, for example, that we use SketchUp to create a 3D object. Then we transfer the SketchUp file that describes the object into the ChiTuBox software in order to slice it?

Im using 1.6.3 and I was trying the view in and out zoom. I have managed to make it so small I can no longer see the model. Anything I load now has the same view so I cant see anything.
Ive tried RH/LH click and scroll - but doesnt work
How do I get back to the default full screen view.

1. pull down menu
2. click on "open log path"
3. rename file "global.cfg" which holds the zoom

Im sure there are better solutions .. but this has got me up and running

I lost the zoom with the mouse scroll.
I just renamed the original "global.cfg" into "global.cfgsav", copy paste it and gave the name "global.cfg"
It worked! thanks!

Edit: it worked 5 min, then i lost again the scroll zoom...

I don't know where to post this question so I figured I'd start here. I tried to download the version of Chitubox (1.5) that came with my Elegoo Mars but when it installs and I click on it to open up Chitubox nothing happens. Nothing. So I went and downloaded the newest version (1.6.3) and still nothing happens. The program just shuts down immediately with no error messages/codes at all. I tried trouble shooting. I also emailed the company. Anyone here know what the issue could be???

I am printing thin rectangles between 0.75 - 2mm thick. The center of my print is thinner in the middle then it should be.  Help please.

I have this stl file of Emperor Zurg and his cannon. I would like to max out Zurg on the build plate but it pushes the cannon off of the print. Will this be okay for the printer if all that is touching is the zurg model and not the cannon?

I have two Mono X and just installed a Mono version. I'm having issues outputting the proper pwmo file extension from Chitubox Free.
It keeps wanting to output .photon as the extension which won't run on the Mono. There are no selections under the file type drop-down.
How can I get Chitubox to slice and output the pwmo file type?

I have a question, if I were to take five STL files such as two arms two legs and a head placing them on the build plate and saving them they become one STL file. Now I print them and the left arm fails. Is there a way of taking this file and pulling out the left arm so that it can be reprinted?
