will post it here because can´t open a thread: The ver1.5 shifts the position of the objects in the bed, randomly , mainly during the first seconds of the slicing process. I relocate the objects and slice again and usually goes well the second time.. Maybe when the bed is crowded or there are part of objects out the printing area? terrible problem because I carefully chose where to put everything precisely because there was not enough space! .) Thanks!
Troubleshooting and Bug Reports If you find any bugs or problems, please discuss them here. Unable to write messege - Max number of continuous post reached... will post it here because can.... I' created (and saved) successfully with ChituBox v1.5 file for slicing. After closing a program unable to open *.cbddlp file. Message is " The file is too large, so only part of the 3D model and all layared images can be displayed!", and program exiting. (Win10, 8GB RAM, Nvidia K2000M graphich card)....
Hi I'm French, Sorry in advance if my English is not very understandable.
I am interested in the ELEGOO Mars 3D photopolymerization printer. I am totally new to the subject of 3D printing.
This printer seems to work with the ChiTuBox software. Can you please confirm that this ELEGOO Mars printer only works with ChiTuBox software?
The function of the ChiTuBox Software? Is ChiTuBox only used to slicing objects already created in 3D on another software. That is to say, for example, that we use SketchUp to create a 3D object. Then we transfer the SketchUp file that describes the object into the ChiTuBox software in order to slice it? After the object is sliced by ChiTuBox then the file obtained by ChiTuBox can be transferred via a USB key into the ELEGOO Mars 3D printer? Does ELEGOO Mars know how to understand the file sliced by ChiTuBox in order to print it?
What are the types of files that ChiTuBox accepts to slicer? Are they necessarily vectorized files? Are there any dimensions not to exceed for a 3D object in order to open the file on ChiTuBox Software ? If the object in its initial 3D file is too large to be printed by ELEGOO Mars, then will the object's dimensions be resized via the ChiTuBox software?
Is there a Francophone person who can talk to me about ELEGOO Mars? ChiTuBox? via WhatsApp? I am willing to reasonably pay a person to help me move forward with the ELEGOO March (which I have not yet purchased) Is there a ChiTubox French-speaking community?
Thank you in advance for your help, for your answers as simple as possible and less technical/specific at first, please.
Im using 1.6.3 and I was trying the view in and out zoom. I have managed to make it so small I can no longer see the model. Anything I load now has the same view so I cant see anything. Ive tried RH/LH click and scroll - but doesnt work How do I get back to the default full screen view. Mark
I don't know where to post this question so I figured I'd start here. I tried to download the version of Chitubox (1.5) that came with my Elegoo Mars but when it installs and I click on it to open up Chitubox nothing happens. Nothing. So I went and downloaded the newest version (1.6.3) and still nothing happens. The program just shuts down immediately with no error messages/codes at all. I tried trouble shooting. I also emailed the company. Anyone here know what the issue could be???
Hi, I hope everyone is doing good.. I am not sure where to ask this because I am nit sure where the issue is. I don't know if it is operator error, software or hardware. I use an Anycubic photon resin is Elegoo rapid black
I am printing thin rectangles between 0.75 - 2mm thick. The center of my print is thinner in the middle then it should be. Help please.
I have this stl file of Emperor Zurg and his cannon. I would like to max out Zurg on the build plate but it pushes the cannon off of the print. Will this be okay for the printer if all that is touching is the zurg model and not the cannon?
I have two Mono X and just installed a Mono version. I'm having issues outputting the proper pwmo file extension from Chitubox Free. It keeps wanting to output .photon as the extension which won't run on the Mono. There are no selections under the file type drop-down. How can I get Chitubox to slice and output the pwmo file type?
I have a question, if I were to take five STL files such as two arms two legs and a head placing them on the build plate and saving them they become one STL file. Now I print them and the left arm fails. Is there a way of taking this file and pulling out the left arm so that it can be reprinted?
