Chitubox 1.61 OSX just prints solid block-Troubleshooting and Bug Reports-CHITUBOX Community

I just updated to the new Chitubox 1.61 for OSX and although the slices look fine in the preview and also in Photon File Validator,

when I try to print my model the whole LCD lights up for every layer and a solid block filling the complete buildplate is printed.

I never had this problem when printing with version 1.5.

Are you sure?
If I remember it correctly I also tried the original Chitubox file without using Photon File Validator.
What did work was to export an STL with supports from Chitubox 1.6 and slice it in 1.5.
