As title, when click-holding the middle mouse button to pan the camera, it will also select the scale tool disabling the select/move/rotate function.

This function doesn't list itself in the shortcuts menu.

Also. Can we customize shortcuts and keybinds? There is an apply button, but there's no option to change anything.
