Slicer is filling holes

I open the model in the Chitubox and everything works correctly until I slice it, after slicing the model it creates a few layers that closes the holes from the model, they are the layers 24 (1.200) to 26 (1.300)

I'm using the last release from the stable version on a mac OSX

I Have the same issue with thread holes. normally no problems but with M16 thread some layers are faulty and partly close the hole. this is not in my original file but you can see it already in chitubox slicer. below the result :( . I will add some software printscreens tonight. Hopefully anyone has a sollution!
