Weird problem with supports being placed incorrectly. Axis issue?

Guest 10 Months+ 465

Hopefully someone can help. I'll try to explain the problem as best I can:

Chitubox 1.9.5 basic.

When I attempt to attach a support to a 3d model, the support gets placed in the wrong location. It's like some axises (axes?) got crossed: the program knows that my mouse is pointing at the 3d model and a support appears, but when I move my mouse up the support moves further away, and when I move my mouse down the support moves closer. It completely disregards the location of the model.

I have just installed the program and changed no setting. To be sure, I selected the factory reset.

I have tried several different models, including models from different sources.

I have tried the "backwards compatability" option in settings, as was suggested elsewhere. No dice.

I tried unplugging other input devices (a huion tablet and keypad) in case they were interefering. Nope.

I have reset my computer.

I have uninstalled chitubox, reset my computer, reinstalled it.

And still. I open a file, I attempt to manually add a support, and the support is somewhere off behind (or in front of) the model I'm trying to add it to.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

I has got the same problem with the supports.
I tryed many of the fix i found (delete .cfg, restart ...)
But there is no stable way how i can set the supports. So the position of the mouse is not the same as the sopport.

It seems that the software is experiencing issues with the support's placement. Have you tried modifying the program's support placement's settings? To check if it helps with the support's placement, you may want to try modifying the X, Y, and Z axis settings bitlife. Should it be ineffective, there could be a problem with the software itself. To see if they can assist you in troubleshooting the problem, you may try contacting the program's support staff.

It sounds like you're dealing with a peculiar issue related to support placement, and the mention of a possible axis problem adds an interesting layer of complexity. While troubleshooting such technical challenges can be both intriguing and frustrating, I've also been delving into a different kind of challenge at "Maneki Casino." Just as you're working to resolve support placement problems, players at online casino https://manekicasinoideal.club/ often face their own challenges, especially when it comes to mastering various casino games like slots. It's fascinating how problem-solving is a common thread in both the technical and gaming realms. If you have any questions or seek advice on addressing axis-related issues or if you're curious about the best casino experiences in the Netherlands, please feel free to ask. Whether it's aligning supports or strategizing to win in casino games, the thrill of overcoming challenges is a universal experience that keeps us engaged and determined in our pursuits.
