Support Base Type - Inverted Cone

- Add option for inverted cone type for the base.
 

I find this type of base gives the most stable setting.

    I do prefer the cones more narrow and vertical, or even print without that cones. In any case, it would be great if we can choose or configure the cones. That would be great if you can give us the choice and the the chance to do an angle setup, height, etc. Thanks!!
