Hollow and top layer

HI, 

I'm trying to print the Sprial vase. The hollow feater works great, Except it keeps the top layer on it which then causes the print to close the ends of the vase. How do i remove the top later ? I tried making a hole but doesnt really seem to work either . I attached the slice i was working with. 


Any help would be appreciated

    I'm having the same problem on a SLA printer.  One possible work-around is to stop printing at about 90%.   I haven't tried that yet but it might work.

    Lloyd, if you find out I’d sure like to learn how it works or maybe it doesn't work. I’ve been trying for a while but finally moved on to other projects. The ChituBox manual is absolutely useless!!! I wonder if there’s any other slicers that would work?
