I have a question and a problem.
Sometimes when I open files in Chitubox, the file technically opens, but I can't see it on my screen. Or I can only see parts of the file.
The file is listed on the right side of my screen, showing as open.
If I select the "move" or "rotate" buttons, The X, Y, and Z arrows appear on the file, and I am able to move or rotate it. Even though I can't see it.
And if I add supports, the supports are added, and they are in the full shape of my file. But I still can;t see it.
For example, if I open a full car body, I can't see it. But if I add supports, they are shaped liked the car I'm trying to work on.
If I open the files for the same body, but in multiple pieces, I can see it just fine.
I've tried this with older versions of Chitubox Basic, as well as the latest version. I've used printer settings for both my Mars 2 Pro and the Saturn 2 I just picked up.
I have the issue with dozens of different files, and the size of the file doesn't seem to matter.
Anyone?
