[Help] Print looking pixelated after slicing

2020-6-16 2210

I've been printing for around 4 or 5 months now, and in the past week whenever I've sliced any of my prints they always become very pixelated.

This happens when I reopen the .cbddlp file in chitubox. The preview before saving the sliced file does not look this way, it is only when I open it myself.

My first thought was that the resolution of my slicing settings was incorrect but they are still at 1440 X by 2560 Y.

I have always checked my prints this way in the past and have never had this visual issue and am greatly concerned that this pixelation will be visable when printed.

Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It is normal to have this pixel pattern. Usually the pixel accuracy of XY is 47um. The higher the pixel accuracy, the less obvious the pixel pattern. If you don't want to have pixel patterns, you can check the anti-aliasing function when slicing, it can obviously reduce the pixel patterns
