I  had to install a new hard drive on my pc, after loading basic software I installed chitubox 1.8.1 like i used to have. I setup the printer. But everytime i go to save a file it comes up with the following screen. asking to confirm authorization. and it never clears. I went back to the beta version and it does not allow me to save it states error converting files.

    For people who don't see the userLogin.cfg file, please do this to fix the problem:


    Go to https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html

    Download the corresponding installer, in my case, it is Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1k.exe

    Install it and open its root path.

    Copy libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll and libssl-1_1-x64.dll to the root path of Chitubox(replace the original files).


    Take a try, it should work.

    I've done the "delete" userlogin.cfg and still no luck. do you still need to login into the chitubox program before you can save?

    This still does not work.

    Did you follow the method on the 4th floor? you can try the method on the 4th floor.
