I'm using Windows 10.  So I downloaded Longer3d-Orange30-Windows64bit-V1.4.CHplugin.  But my computer reads it as a Zip folder.  So when I try to import the plugin, it just opens it as a folder and doesn't find a plugin.

It'seems that the plugin is only compatible with the Chitubox 1.5, but it's not possible to download before 1.6.3.
Have you any Plug in that is compatible with the last version oc Chitubox?
